Apple Fitness Plus Review – Parade: Fun, Recipes, Health, Life, Holidays

Since college, I have been exercising and fitness in general almost every day. But due to the demands of work, raising kids, and—well, life in general—I often find it hard to fit in as much exercise as I’d like these days, and when I do, I tend to have a hard time pushing myself.
I heard a lot about Apple Fitness Plusthat works in conjunction with your Apple Watch or iPhone to help you complete a variety of workouts, including yoga, jogging, walking, strength training, and even meditation.
In an effort to improve my fitness game, I tested Apple Fitness Plus for three months – here’s how it worked for me.

What is Apple Fitness Plus?
First things first: what is Apple Fitness Plus? Apple Fitness Plus is a fitness app that works with Apple Watch and gives you 11 different types of workouts. You need an iPhone to subscribe, and you can enhance your experience with an Apple Watch that gives you more personalized and detailed metrics.
Workouts included with Apple Fitness Plus include:
Attentive recovery time
To ride a bike
The workouts range from five to 45 minutes each, with new workouts and meditations added weekly. Most workouts can be done with or without equipment, so you don’t have to worry about accessing the gym to work out.

Apple Fitness Plus Cost
If you already own an Apple Watch, you can get one free month and then pay $9.99/month or $79.99/year. If you buy an Apple Watch, Apple Fitness Plus is free for three months and then you pay $9.99/month or $79.99/year. You can also share Apple Fitness Plus with up to five family members. If you don’t have an Apple Watch, Apple Fitness Plus costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year.

Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and while I still find the time to get used to it for the most part (even though it’s not easy!), one problem that I constantly face is an unwillingness to force myself. I don’t know if it’s related to the pandemic, aging, parenting – the list goes on and on – but over the past year or so, I’ve often found myself relaxing a little while exercising and not pushing myself as far as I know. i could be.

While I’m always up for relaxing from time to time, I knew I needed a little extra boost. And that was the main benefit I got from Apple Fitness Plus: for example, when using the Run Time feature, my guide told me when I should increase my pace and when I could slow it down. When I’m running alone, I don’t think about it – I’m just trying to get through the run.
And I, as a yogi, really liked the function of yoga. Since I’ve been doing yoga for so many years, I don’t really need a screen to do it, but since the pandemic started, I’ve had to set up various YouTube videos (and watch ads) on my computer to do yoga. Thanks to the Apple Fitness Plus yoga feature, I was able to do yoga without a screen, which I really enjoyed.
I also enjoyed guided walks. Walking is one of my favorite forms of exercise, but because it’s a bit slower, I sometimes find myself thinking rather than staying in the present moment – definitely not something I want to do while walking! Time to Walk helped break this vicious circle because I could listen to the instructor’s voice and stay put.
On the subject: What does the “perfect” training plan look like?
The only issue I have with Apple Fitness Plus is that while the monthly cost isn’t too high, you do need to own Apple products to actually use them. And I have an Apple Watch that really helps. For example, when I’m running and the instructor tells me to pick up my pace, my watch can tell exactly how fast I’m running. If I only had an iPhone, I wouldn’t know this.
Can I recommend Apple Fitness Plus? Absolutely, especially if you already own Apple products, especially the Apple Watch. This can help you push yourself and get the most out of your workout, even if you feel like you don’t have time. With only five minutes of training, I know this is true: we all have time!
