Yolanda Hadid’s “Morning Detox Regime”: 28-Day Cleanse Minimizes Lyme Symptoms

Gigi Hadid’s mother Yolanda Hadid is taking “health mode” to the next level with her impressive detox diet. In a recent Instagram post, the 58-year-old Dutch-American TV presenter opened up about how thousands of drugs, preservatives and pesticides are damaging our bodies despite a good diet and exercise. As a solution, she shared acclaimed author Anthony William’s 28-day “morning detox regimen” and how the 28-day cleanse minimized her Lyme symptoms.

At least two seasonal detoxes per year…

Former model and mother of Bella and Gigi, Yolanda Hadid (58), is taking her health to the next level. Her new Instagram post is dedicated to fresh vegetables and fruits. After a 28-day “morning detox regimen,” Yolanda was able to lead a healthier lifestyle than many health conscious people. She began her Instagram post by mentioning:

“So even if you eat well, exercise well and keep your immune system strong, you are still susceptible to the environment and chemicals in food. There is a wealth of scientific evidence showing that thousands of drugs, preservatives, pesticides and other pollutants remain in our bodies long after we have been exposed to them.”

While this remains true, Yolanda has revealed how two detox seasons a year, along with a few shorter ones in between, help her body. She explained that whenever she feels like hitting the reset button and getting rid of the inflammation, she is automatically inspired to detox. Well, her healthy skin and body speak in verse about how well she takes care of herself, and in the most natural ways.

Minimizing Lyme Symptoms…

In one image, Yolanda shared an impressive “morning detox ritual” by renowned wellness author Anthony William, professionally known as Medical Medium, which includes the following:

“Food and liquids:

32 ounces lemon water (wait at least 20-25 minutes)

32 ounces celery juice (wait at least 20-25 minutes)

Watermelon snack all morning

Heavy metal detox smoothies

2 cups frozen wild blueberries

2 bananas

1 cilantro

1 tablespoon barley grass juice powder

1 tablespoon spirulina

1-2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (if oranges are sweet), 1/2 squeezed orange if oxidized. Add coconut water to make sure it’s not pink.”

Yolanda shared how this 28-day cleanse helped her minimize Lyme symptoms. She added “It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle that I’ve become accustomed to after years of suffering from disease.” In case you didn’t know, Lyme disease is caused by “the bacterium Borrelia burgdorferi and rarely borrelia mayonii.” Simply put, it is transmitted to humans through the bites of infected black-footed ticks. Symptoms can range from a skin rash (erythema migrans) to fever, headache, and fatigue.

Feed Yourself Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually

Yolanda Hadid explained the benefits of this amazing detox by mentioning a very important point. She stated that a good cleanse/detox is about more than just what goes in your mouth. It’s all about nourishing yourself mentally, spiritually and emotionally. She added “This is the food that God intended for us to eat, and your body will teach and show you how the symptoms just melt away when you get the right healing food.”

At the end, she thanked renowned writer Anthony Williams, professionally known as Medical Medium, for her morning routine. Now, if you’re wondering what’s in store for the rest of the day, Yolanda said she makes delicious salads and steamed vegetables for the perfect diet.

She also revealed that today is her 12th day of cleansing. She also stated how this cleansing kept her energized even during a 5 mile walk. Thanks to this diet, her brain feels much clearer and she sleeps better. She also claimed other benefits such as reduced joint pain.

At the end, she wrote: As we change the seasons today, I feel deeply grateful and ready to accept what life has in store for me……..” Honestly, her post is one of the most honest advice when it comes to health.

If you’re not in the know, the Center for Ecogenetics and Environmental Health suggests that due to the increase in pesticides in fruits and crops, people are often exposed to “acute OP pesticide poisoning, leading to symptoms such as nausea, cramps in stomach, diarrhoea, dizziness, restlessness and confusion, among other things, which can be quite serious but often reversible.”

Returning to Yolanda’s post, the detox regimen was provided by noted writer Anthony William who is “a self-proclaimed medium who offers pseudo-scientific medical and medical advice based on alleged communication with Spirit.” Known professionally as the Medical Medium, Anotney has over 4 million followers on Instagram, and his biography states: “NY Times bestselling author, Medical Medium podcast, helping people overcome disease, creator of the global celery juice movement.”

Reaction to Yolanda’s post…

Post Yolanda Hadid in just a few hours scored more than 80 thousand likes. Her post includes images of fresh vegetables, salads and fruits. In one of the videos, you can see her squeezing fresh lemon juice.

In the comments section, one fan wrote: “Live it!!! Could you share your exact mode? Of course, I will definitely consult a doctor first. But you always look so healthy and beautiful. We all need to boost our immune system. Especially since I suffer from terrible arthritis. Thanks again😍.” Another fan expressed the inconvenience of following such a regimen with long hours of work and children.

One fan criticized Medical Medium, calling it a scam. She wrote that Medical Environment is a scam. Eating whole, plant-based foods is all it takes! A medical medium is not a doctor. He uses the basic knowledge that a whole food plant based diet is best for health and then tries to sell his own version of it by acting as if his recipes are healing…”

Well, he may be a scammer, but this healthy, plant-based diet works wonders for many. If you have any questions feel free to post your thoughts because I’ve been researching this since this morning. Eat well and take care of yourself!
